Two delightful slices of twee, recorded on a 7" flexi-disc and released by Sublime One (the band's own label, most likely). Apparently, the guitarist's name is John Peel. Any relation to the DJ, perhaps? That's a question that needs some answerin'.

Various Artists - "Corrupt Postman" (1988)
An absolutely classic cassette compilation released on Windmill Records, featuring a few of my favorite indiepop songs like The Apple Moths' "Everything", and The Candy Darlings' "Station on a Bridge". There is also the occasional oddball track, like Your Flat Intitled's "Pieces of Meat (Feet)" (Anyone have any info on that artist? There is none online, and as far as I know, it's their only release).
Windmill also released a few other compilations (Four Bands, Four Songs, Are You Ready?, etc.) that I've been looking high and low for, so I'd very much appreciate it if anyone could help me out on my search.
